Outstanding service and quality of work. I have never actually had this level of service form any kind of service provider. They actually have called me, a day after the work was done to see if all is well and if I am happy with the service.
The electrician even put on those slip-on shoes things to protect my floors! No one does that! Even huge names like Comcast, Dish Network, National Grid - all storm in, wearing their dirty shoes, and I have a baby crowing all over the floor....
The job was done well and fast. They were always on time and extremely professional. A true example of what a company should operate like!

For several years I had heard several good reviews from neighbors about H.O. Electric and decided to call them when I discovered I needed to replace my old circuit board in my basement. Howie (the owner) and his assistant completely overdelivered my service and quality expectations. First, they promised to be at my within 15 minutes. Ten minutes later, Howie and his assistant arrived, automatically placed booties over their shoes (a first in my homeowner experience! very considerate not to dirty my light carpeting) and proceeded to take charge of my antiquated electrical system. Howie methodically diagnosed my circuit board blow-outs, due to the lightning storm from the previous evening. He systematically replaced fuses, upgraded my system, rewired some knotted wire messes and then thoroughly retested the entire electrical system for my house. He assured me that my system is now up to code and not a fire hazard, His speedy, pleasant and affordable service is one I wished I'd discovered sooner! His bill for his services and time were FAR LESS expensive than other local electricians. Spread the word about H.O. Electric ----they're a gem!!
